Solusius can assist treasury departments to review, draft and negotiate ISDA Agreements. ISDA Agreements in place are often outdated and can be improved and uniformed. Solusius has extensive knowledge of the 1992 and 2002 ISDA Master Agreements and the related schedules as well as Credit Support Agreements and NFD Agreements.
Solusius regularly reviews the ISDA agreements of a company and advises on improvements and EMIR/Dodd Frank compliancy. Often this results in drafting a company specific model ISDA Schedule that will be negotiated with all relationship banks. In total, Solusius has been responsible for the legal aspects of hundreds of ISDA agreements and has successfully negotiated the legal terms of ISDA agreements with all major international banks.
